Kantor Ltd. has always respected your privacy rights, as well as your rights to control the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

"Personal information" refers to recorded information about an identifiable individual and can include your name, home/business address, telephone number, date of birth, as well as some numerical and photo identifiers such as Social Insurance Number (SIN), Driver's License, Passport etc.

Under no circumstances does Kantor Ltd. sell or share personal customer information with any unrelated third party for marketing purposes. Your consent to using your personal information by Kantor Ltd. can be either express (oral or written) or implied. An example of express consent is when you sign our currency exchange ticket thereby giving your written consent for us to use your personal information such as your name, telephone and address to perform credit check. An example of implied consent is when you exchange money with us without signing exchange ticket.
Please note that in the event we do not obtain your express consent, we will reserve the right to imply your consent for the purposes specified above until such time as you either provide further written consent, or limit or withdraw you consent.
